You know when you listen to a podcast and just instantly feel connected to the hosts? They make you laugh and it feels comfortable like you already know them. That feeling when you are listening to the banter between them and know this is going to be a good episode. Welcome to Horror House.
Now it might sound strange starting with how funny a true crime podcast is. But after having listened to many, sometimes it's nice to have a little break from the terrible that is our world and have a laugh (never taking away from the victim and the victim's family, and always having respect for them).
Horror House: True Crime and The Macabre, is hosted by Dom and Amy. These two hosts have fantastic chemistry and banter, leaving the listener in stitches after each episode. They both take turns choosing a case to research ( true crime or a mystery) and give thorough, in-depth details. making each episode around an hour. Perfect for when you want a lot of information but don't have the time to listen to a full series on the case.
While Dom was originally a solo host, once Amy came along she brought light and playfulness to the podcast . Her humor is contagious, leaving both hosts in fits of laughter. They feed off each other's wit and energy, and as a listener it's refreshing. It is clear they both put in the time and effort to deliver a great podcast and their enthusiasm to share these stories each week is evident.
